Water efficiency incentives are only available for commercial water customers of Fort Collins Utilities, City of Longmont and Loveland Water and Power. Estes Park customers do not qualify for water efficiency incentives. City of Longmont and Loveland Water and Power customers are limited to the tank toilet, flush valve toilet and urinal incentives.
